Problem BMW r1150gsa and GS911

did u resolve your problem i just received my gs911 today and i can do an autoscan and find my ecu but when i try to connect it says its unavailable

I have 2 other bikes, and no problem whit them. i will try again whit the 1150gsa tomorrow.

Jughead:
On the older bikes the sidestand switch inhibits comms.  Put the bike on the main stand.

I am not saying that this is definitely the problem, but it is something that caught me out and wasted much time and effort.

Well i actually attached the gs911 with the usb cable and the pc program over the web browser and it started working

Can you confirm you updated the firmware of the GS911 & registered it ?, it is also important to specify year & model of the bike on the forum
