Firmware update failed

Dann:
The installation of the last Firmware update failed with the following error: The interface returned an error
I tried to reinstall it but it keeps failing and now gives me the following message: Failed to open file: 16

The GS-911 1912.1 software had no issue.

If I test the interface from it I get the following:

Everything seemed to have worked.

I disconnected the GS-911 and reconnected it to my PC.
No error message and it shows the latest version is installed.

I don't understand what happened but everything seems fine now  ???
