OK, now I get it, I am reading the user guide and it’s clear that the service functions only on the PC version.
I will download the PC version and try again to invoke the service function.

According to the Function Chart you should be able to reset the service reminders on the XR directly when connected via normal WiFi connection.
Note, however, that the service reset function uses cloud functionality, so you would need access to the cloud from the same device that you are using to connect to the GS911.
Unfortunately most devices like iPads, tablets and smartphones only permit 1 external connection, meaning that if you use that 1 connection to establish comms to the GS911 in D2D mode, you then have no comms to the cloud. This is not a GS911 restriction. This is a restriction from the iPad/tab/smart phone.
If you are connecting via a standard WiFi network connection, you should be able to access the service functions.
