how to Unlock Speedo meter s 1000rr?

I ran into some problems with the 299 cluster unlock.

I tried it on my S1000RR, than on a friends one. Both are 2012. And worked.

Yesterday i tried it on a 2011 model and a 2013 model.
Both did’nt show the option to change it from 299 to 399.

It has a CAN-Kombi-K461

Are you maybe using the PC Application Kogeltjie?

Yes i was using the PC application. I could change the speedo on my own bike with the pc application.
I also have done it with one bike on the mobile app.

But when i connected the other bike to my Laptop, the option was not there to unlock the speedo
