GS911 PC and WIFI will not update

Both GS911 and GS911 Wifi will not update
although GS911 PC version is 1807.2 it still shows that there is an update available and there is no support for the 2017-2018 F800GS models and shows "failed to write to file:2" error when i try to update it

The Wifi interface also shows there are updates available but it will not update, error 504 pops and also says " upgrade process failed , connection to the server failed, check internet connectivity .
but our internet connectivity is fine.
