Hi all , I tried to update my GS-911wifi but it failed, now it won’t even connect to my laptop via usb, all I get is 3 beeps then stop then 3 beeps and so on please help

It sounds like the update failed to complete properly, you will need to lodge a support ticket with Hexcode, I would also suggest contacting the local GS911 Dealer where you purchased it, it may require replacement.

In the other thread you mentioned it says "unable to open folder 3" how can it say that if it wont connect ?, which interface are you using when you get that message ?

It sometimes connects then clicks off after a few seconds then back in then off, I managed to try to update whilst it was connected

You have not answered the question, which interface are you seeing the message on ?, if you dont provide precise info people will struggle to assist you
