Hi,

Sorry to jump in on this thread but do you have a rough idea of what BMW would charge to update the software.

After reading this thread, I'm assuming mine is in need of updating:

2013 R1200 GSA

Factory I-Level: K024-13-02-500
Actual I-Level: K024-13-02-500

Looks like mine hasn't been done since February 2013 and I don't use my main dealer for servicing as the bike is out of warranty.

UK based.

No apologies needed Mark, they told me a half hour of shop time. and it seems like yours has never been updated, maybe someone (like Wayne  ::)) can tell you if there is an update available.

It looks to me like the updated iLevel should be K024-16-11-500 for the 2013 R1200 GSA

I got my bike updated about a month ago:

Factory I-Level: K001-15-07-510
Actual I-Level: K001-17-11-502

GS Jim:
That's the same as my 2018 R1200 GS that I just picked up on Wednesday, first ride is for today!!
