ZFE Basic is one of you controllers, you probably have 5. Stands for "Zentrale Fahrzeugelektronik" It controls things like some lights, fuel sensor, heated grips etc. depending on bike and year. Your fault says that your park light is burned out "open circuit". Other people might have more info on all that the code number signifies. Usually you would replace the light and reset the code. Does your bike not start? A park light should not cause this, have you done a complete auto scan, you should and then post it.

It doesn't look like you have all the info on the scan of the ZFE controller posted, there is no fault code there. You should post all of the autoscan (all controllers) More info on the starting problem is needed, as in does it crank, fast or slow, firing up, battery power present etc.
