Windows Tablets - what is minimum needed configuration

Hi, I am an apple guy. So Rather than trying to configure my MacBook Pro to run windows, I was thinking of buying a cheap used Windows Tablet.
What is the minimum configuration Ram, Storage that I would need? Assuming it had wifi, bluetooth 4.0...
