2015 R1200GS second set of TPMS sensors

(1/1)

krakonosh:
Hi all,
Does anyone know what happened to the option to have two sets of TPMS sensors? User manual for my bike specifically says I can have two sets of wheels.
I tried to input the new sensor ID, but it only replaces the current one. The learn feature doesn't work at all.
The new sensor works fine, I tested it with Autel TS401.

Hello,
A couple of things.
I have been lead to believe the R1200GS can only support one pair of sensors.
The R1200GS Adventure can support the two pairs of sensors.

Now for a question from me, how did you get the TS401 to read and wakeup the sensors?
I can only find entries for the BMW cars, no bikes in the TS401 configuration.

Thanks,
Geoff

krakonosh:
Set the Ts401 to Saturn Astra 2009.
I talked to local dealer and they said that they can program the second set of sensors for me.
I'll let you know when I get it done.

Thanks, that worked just fine once I changed the firmware from EU to US!
