I have bought a new motorcycle. Does anyone know if it is possible to delete the previous motorcycle's VIN number from the interface?

No, there is no way to delete the VIN's.
Only a upgrade to the professional version has the unlimited VIN storage.

I think that's why the enthusiast version allows for 10 VINs.
You can change your bike 10 times...
