Title: Turning off the turn signal warning
Post by: m1rek on March 27, 2025, 07:28:41 AM
I removed the signal from my BMW S1000rr and it gives a signal error on the screen. How can I turn this off with us911?

I intentionally removed the motorcycle's signals

Hi M1rek

Unfortunately, this is not possible, the bike is no longer road legal without turn signals. If you want to get around that, I would suggest moving the turn signals under the seat, that way the bike still believes it has turn signals, but one can no longer see it.

Kind regards
Ruan

Yes you can.  You will need to download virtual resistors of the correct value though if you don't want to fit physical ones like in the YouTube video.

You will also need to reset your bike's CanBus flux regenerator at the same time.  ;D

No.  This is basic electrical work -- if this isn't something you are comfortable with, bring it to a shop.  Probably a race shop.
