Title: GS911 will not allow downloads

Hi all.

I have connected my GS911 to my laptop and downloaded the software from Hexcode. When I follow the instructions I get to a screen where there is a "download options" tab. When I hit this, it asks me to connect my GS911. I do so and try again and it says that the driver installation is not yet complete. Please disconnect and try again. I keep getting this message. It is almost like my GS911 does not want to complete the download.
The GS911 illuminates when plugged in so it does communicate but it just will not go any further.
Can anybody please help?

Hi,
I dont know whats going wrong there. But here is note from the hex site:
Downloading the GS-911 software for Windows PC is easy! Just download the GS-911downloader, run it and follow the prompts!

Did you choose the right download for your new GS911?

I would guess the above is the root of all evil. ;)

For anybody to be able to assist I think they would have to know what you're using. What GS911, what OS and so on...

I'd say that only indicates that it's physically connected and receives power through the cable.
