Title: 2009 F800GS service reminder problem

Working on a 2009 F800GS. Went to set the service reminder. The new GS911 prompted me to record the VIN, since I only get 10 on this version, I was disappointed when it then returned a "Not Supported" error. According to the function chart, this model is supported for this function.  I wonder if there is a way to recover the used up VIN since it didn't work. Or is there a different problem.  All the other functions and tests and resets worked fine.  The current value in the service reminder is 2011.

A little more info on GS911 version, PC App version would be needed to be able to assist, I would lodge a support ticket with Hexcode as well though

I am running the 1807.2 software on a Windows 10 desktop PC. Using the newest USB version of the GS911. I also tried the service reminder reset with my older original GS911 with the  same results. I was able to change the motorcycle date, but not the service reminder.  How do I open a support ticket with Hexcode?
