Title: Hello from UK. I have fallen at the first hurdle...

Feeling rather dim as cannot even download the software. Yellow GS 911 usb, downloader downloaded, gs911 connected when prompted, 'download' button clicked, and i get a 'session expired' message in my browser. The downloader has a button to copy the browser link, which I have done and then pasted, and it also opens a 'sesison expired' web page. Probably me doing something stupid, but also slightly frustrating!

Hi Dom,

Sometimes the browser stores a cached version of the link, which has indeed expired. The way around this is to copy the URL, but instead of opening a new windows, open an incognito window and paste the link there.

Thanks. In the end I used a different computer, downloaded the software to that, and then transferred the software to my laptop. All working. Cheers
