Hi all,
Using my unit with a laptop on a 2013 K1600GT. Updated the software yesterday, I keep getting the following error msg:
Error: Attempting to connect to this controller caused a negative response.
Possible reasons:
- Module is not of the expected type [huh?]
- Wrong bike model or family selected [ Not so, checked and rechecked bike selection. Then used the auto scan in both cases I get the same message.]
Any insights would be useful

You dont specify which GS911 model you have, i assume GS911 WiFi, I would report the problem to the Hexcode help desk, support@hexcode.co.za
