Title: Cannot download latest version

Every time  I start the software (V.2004.1)  I get a notice that version 2004.3 is available and if I want to install it.
When I press Yes,  the download window appears and the software closes.
I had no issue upgrading the firware (0.254.0.184)

Any idea what's wrong?

Sounds odd, I did an update the other day by clicking on update & had no problems, I would plug the GS911 into a USB port & use the downloader to manually download 2004.3 & install it that way

Good to hear Dan, let Hexcode know that worked, I know they have been pretty busy during lock down with updates & new versions

I had a similar problem to Dann and solved the issue by following Wayne's suggestion.

I set up a test here yesterday after you had the problem Paul & confirmed it happened on the test system with 2004.1, installed 2004.2 manually & then 2004.2 detected 2004.3 update & downloaded/installed it properly so it is clear Hexcode were advised of it & updated to fix the problem
