Title: Firmware update failure with GS-911 WiFi dongle

Hi.  I attempted to do a firmware update on my GS-911 WiFi dongle and received the following error message:

"The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request."

Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

There are 2 things you can do, 1st is lodge a support ticket with Hexcode so they can look at what happened https://www.hexcode.co.za/contact-us-1

The 2nd thing is to look at the recovery process https://www.hexcode.co.za/products/gs-911/support/how-tos/firmware-recovery
