First post - and in with an odd one?
Been having some general probs with my R1200gs
So i used the datalogging option on my mobile.
Logs recorded, and then upploaded to ??? who knows
All i get is the message
Your logs can be viewed at www.hexcode.co.za/apps/dataviewer which redirects to https://www.hexlogbook.com/logbook/
once logged you get an empty page -- no logs ??
did some digging and you find this link.. https://www.hexlogbook.com/logbook/instructions.html
which supposedly shows how to link your account and logs
except...
The instructions bear no resemblance to what you see when you install the Gs911 (windows)
No associate interface to logbook account option is anywhere...
looked in the about option as well , again no option to link to logbook?
Any ideas on how to do this? seems pretty pointless to offer the option if you cant access the data

The Logbook functionality is technically still in Beta, and not accessible to the general public... If you are interested in becoming a Beta tester for the Logbook functionality, you are more than welcome to send us an email at support@hexcode.co.za so that we may start the process.

Hi Mornay
I see the Logbook functionality is not updating at present. Last upload (I use the GS911 Daily) was on May 29, 2017.

Hi Jughead,
Would you mind confirming if its still an issue?
-
Thanks Mornay
All good now! ;D
I notice a new feature on the list of bikes where certain service entry icons are red/pink. Can you tell us more about it and what it denotes?

Hi Jughead,
Glad to be of assistance. The red/pink wrench icon means that there is/was a service reminder present on the bike.
