Anybody know if I can upgrade my GS-911usb to work on bmw s1000r I bought it and used it on my bmw s1000rr and since traded it in on the single R

The S1000RR is K-Line diagnostics, if the S1000R is one of the CAN Diag models no the USB GS911 model cannot be upgraded to handle it. CAN Diag requires a change in hardware to handle the new protocol and hence the GS911 WiFi which has K-Line and CAN Diag hardware was introduced
