Hello,
First post and hopefully some helpful advice - please.
My front sensor stopped working, I bought a new one, fitted it when a new tyre was needed, connected mt GS911 and the sensor gave a reading of the tyre pressure in the bike display. After a few minutes the reading in the display disappeared for the front.
I've been for a ride today and there is no reading from the front - what am I doing wrong.
Apologies if I have missed a previous post on this.

Here's the image from today's attempt.
Any ideas?

The tire pressure monitor unit has to be paired with the bike with a special tool from bmw

Thank you.
I thought part of the functionality of the GS911 was to enable pairing of the sensors to the bike.
A reading (both pressure and temp) from the new one was seen when I first connected the GS911 to the bike after a run and it said all was ok.

You will find a picture with a brief description of the tool right out of the workshop manual. I believe the gs911 will not work because the tire pressure monitor unit is an option and not part of the origional bike.
Hope this helps

From memory there is another thread here with how to do it, I think Jughead posted the info

Thanks again.
The above image I posted was after following the procedure in the link - rapidly deflating didn't make the sensor wake.
It does say that both sensors are ok though which is confusing me.

There was also an RDC bug fix in the latest 1.411 software I dont know whether it is relevant to your situation
