Title: Hex Logbook, not able to associate interface

I have several times followed the procedures described on www.hexlogbook.com/apps/logbook/instructions.html
But I never get to see "associate this interface to logbook account"....
What am I missing out here?

Thought that I should tell readers of this post that I got help from support. Hexlogbook is still in Beta. When available to public use we will get to know.
