Forgive me, I just got this GS911wifi and i am trying to set it up on for my mac book. so I now understand theres no app to install on my mac and I am supposed to connect the GS911wifi to my router wifi signal? (I've been trying and it won't connect) my Mac will connect to the GS911 wifi signal but then I lose my internet... I am lost..

ps if i am logged into this forum why do i have to confirm i am not a robot? i thought i did that when I registered.

You will need to connect to the GS911 in D2D mode which you indicate you are able to do then set up your home WiFi in the GS911 so it connects to your home WiFi. There is a MAC GS911 utility which you may find easier to do the set ups over on the downloads page
