Title: Not able to reset the service reminder

Using a GS911Wifi software is updated (or at least there is no updates available)
Bike is a '13 GSWC
All scans are working and there are no faults
Entering the reset of the service reminder it is "busy" then it says the interface will not recognize the module
I tried both Mac and PC. No love.
Is this a software issue with HexCode?

The error message when using the PC:
Error: Attempting to connect to this controller caused a negative response. Possible reasons:
Module is not of the expected type
Wrong bike model or family selected

The error is essentially the same using the MacBook Air, but neither the Mac or PC would allow an update.
