Page 119/120 of your manual explains all.

Yes you can download it, go to the BMW Motorrad site under service and then riders manuals and select your bike. You can put the pdf in your phone (I assume its smart) and then you always have it with you. And the answer to your question is rear spring preload and front and rear damping. If a shock/fork only has one damping adjuster it is always rebound, the only place you will usually find compression adjusters is on motocross bikes ( and maybe some high end units) and most of the shocks have high and low (shock shaft) speed compression adjusters along with rebound.

Thanks for your reply and clarification.
I was referring to gs-911 manual, how to do adjustments and a tutorial thrue screens.
For example, can I adjust rebound? I mean change the setting for one mode Exp. Normal mode.
Can I adjust sprin preload also for a mode, for exp. 1 up plus luggage.
Thanks

I'm assuming you have ESA, To the best of my knowledge the GS911 can't change the settings that are built into the bikes "brain" you just have to use the settings the bike came with. There is a manual on the Hexcode home page.
