K1200LT multiple codes

Question with this K1200LT that I cannot seem to clear.
2005 ecu software 1037369563
Version 17010100 hwoe 29277077
ABS codes present
17026 rear error-not present
17918 defective front brake switch not present
16769 internal slip control module slip duration to long not present
17162 front pressure to high not present
intermittent
17438 rear pressure to high not present now.

Bike will not pass a front pressure test. bled several times and no change. fails to build enough pressure to pass test.

Occasionally will hang both circuits on ( happened while testing front brake switch. ) Brake lights hang on when this happens. Must cycle key to get release.

Not sure if there is a pressure release situation in the controller, or from the master to the control unit. Brake handle returns to a normal position when this happens.

Issue is that this only occurs about 1 time out of 20, so no consistency to perform any accurate testing.

Any suggestions/experience with this many codes on a LT?

You could have a little air in the front callipers.  They can sometimes be a real bitch to bleed.  I have found it easiest to remove the brake pads, open the bleed nipple with a short length of plastic tube connected, and then push the pistons back individually, starting from the lower one furthest from the nipple, then the lower one closest to the nipple, and then the top ones, again furthest to closest.

Hi, thats the best way to bleed the system.

But I would observe the sensor drift.
17162 front pressure to high not present intermittent
17438 rear pressure to high not present now.

If the sensors are out of a pressure measurement between 12 to 20 bar, the sensors are faulty and that
requires a repairing of this ABS-ECU.
