Failed to connect to downloads server

Hi all,

I installed the latest version of the downloader, ran it, and connected my GS911 when prompted. When I click the download options button I get the message “Failed to connect to the downloads server”. I tried on two different PCs with the same result (both have internet connectivity)

Any ideas?

Hi, same results here. I first believed it to be a Hexcode server problem and then a timeout.
So I tried a old "Downloader", version 1109.3.
I was then told I needed the new version: 1303.3... so the downloader did connect to Hexcode :-))
Anyways, I am sure this issue will be sorted and fixed real soon!

(or they will let you dowload without using the "Downloader")

Same here. Just received my GS-911 this afternoon and am trying to download the software. Frustrating but I'm glad to see it's not pilot error... there will be plenty of opportunity for that later! ;D

I've submitted a support ticket too so hopefully they're looking at it!

The issue with the server was fixed this morning (we're UTC+2).
