Iphone/Ipad Wifi D2D connectivity

After switching to D2D mode did you open the iPhone controls and select the WiFi network that the device was advertising?

Doesn't have to be Safari.  Open any browser you like and enter 10.0.0.1 in the address bar after you have connected to the advertised network.  10.0.0.1 is always the address of the GS-911wifi according to this page: http://www.hexcode.co.za/gs-911wifi-setup

I Switched to D2D mode. Kept saying cant connect even thought I see the GS911 network or in this case Not work. Never tried using safari refuse to use that browser.

Are you saying that your iPhone is seeing the GS-911 network name, but it is unable to connect to that wireless network? That seems strange. What version of iOS is running on your iPhone?

Two alternative approaches you can try:

• Configure your iPhone as a WiFi hotspot and use the GS-911wifi Utility to configure your GS-911 unit to connect to that hotspot.
• If you have a WiFi router or access point, use the GS-911wifi Utility to configure your GS-911 unit to connect to that access point, and connect your iPhone to the same network.

If either of these options are successful, use the GS-911wifi app on your iPhone to access the interface.
