2017 GS1200 ELECTRONIC FUEL CAP ISSUES

I used my wife's bike type in description but trying to see if there would be a way to electronically disable to locking mechanism on the fuel cap?   Generally an issue with many bikes that use this similar cap.   Cleaning / adjusting torque on bolts helps resolve but long term would like option to just electronically disable without impacting operation of bike.
