Hi Brian

Your speedo won't work until the ABS is sorted out. The ABS sends the speed signal on the CAN bus so it can be used by cluster for display purposes.
In short, no ABS, no speed signal.

Ahhh.... at first I read this and believed you did not HAVE a ABS system.
(I do NOT know the specifics re this bike- if it had ABS as an option)
Kobus is totally right.
Check all plugs, wiring and connections!
---------------
This error came after you fitted a new ABS sensor?
If so, start there- Make sure you have the right sensor to sensor wheen distance.
What else did you do prior to the sensor replacement?

When I got the bike the abs light was on no speedo and for some reason the blinker switch don't work. I seen the wire going to the front tire was broke the guy I got the bike said this happened when he was putting brake pads on the front. He said that was the reason for the problems. So I got a scanner and a sensor to try and find what all gremlins the bike has I think I need a big cow bell tied to the bike to chance all them away! When using the scanner I can make the blinkers blink put don't get a input back from the switches. I am going to take all the fairings off this weekend and unplug all the plunges and spray some cleaner on them. I really appreciate all the help! 20 years on Harley's and never ran into a brick wall like I feel when working in this bike.
