Trouble running GS911Downloader

I'm having an issue getting GS911 set up on my computer.  When I try to run GS911Downloader, I get an error message saying "Internal protection error, please contact to administrator." I've tried a few different ways of running the downloader, but each time the error message prevents the application from running.  Googling the error shows some people can run enigma protector SW by disabling plugins () but I don't see how to do this on the downloader.  Please help!
