On 2022 R1250 GSA models the Body Controller (BDC) isn’t always accessible with GS-911 yet—BMW moved a number of functions into the BDC2 unit and support is still being updated. “No response from the controller” usually just means the tool can’t talk to that ECU, not that it’s faulty. Your bike will still scan fine otherwise. Make sure your GS-911 has the latest firmware and PC/WiFi software; if it still shows the same, it’s a current limitation of GS-911, not an issue with your bike.
