How to Remove “Drive1” Warning Using GS-911
(1/1)
Striff:
Hi all,
I just received my GS-911 and I’m using it on my M1000R 2025 model.
Because I have an aftermarket exhaust, I get the "Drive1" warning.
The dealership has cleared this twice, but it keeps coming back randomly (they’re still working on a permanent fix).
I was hoping I could clear this myself using the GS-911, as it’s quite annoying when it pops up.
However, when I scan with the GS-911, it shows no error codes found.
Where in the GS-911 can I go to remove or reset this warning?
Here’s a photo of the warning on the dash:

Update: No help from here, but I managed to sort it myself! 😄
Turns out, when I connected the GS-911 via D2D mode, it picked up the errors and let me clear them. When I was connected via Infrastructure mode, it didn’t show any errors at all — not sure if that’s by design or just a happy coincidence.
Anyway, consider this a PSA for anyone else facing the same issue. And thanks everyone for the overwhelming silence — I clearly had to experience the full “DIY adventure” spirit here! 😜

Welcome to the forum
There should have been no difference in detection of fault codes between D2D & Infrastructure modes
I assume you registered the GS911, ensured firmware was updated to the latest & you dont mention whether you were using Browser or PC App to use the GS911
I would lodge a support ticket with Hexcode - https://www.hexgs911.com/contact-us/
