Hi there,

I am new to gs911 and I am getting stuck.

I can't see the vehicle electronics.
What am I doing wrong?

More information would be needed to assist you, the first basic questions are

1/ What model of GS911
2/ Have you registered the GS911
3/ Have you downloaded & installed the PC App, the WiFi utility OR are you using a web browser
4/ Have you  ensured firmware is up to date

Hi,

Its the latest model GS911 Wifi i bought it 5 days ago.
I registered the device and also registered the VIN for my bike.

The problem is already solved. But maybe its nice to know for people in the future.

When connecting by Wifi it doesn't show my Vehicle electronics, then i tried to connect via the USB and it immediatly showed the vehicle electronics.

So i think the wifi connecting wasn't stable enough to make a good connection.

Good to hear you have the WiFi model & have it registered etc & working with USB

The PC App is used over WiFi in workshops to avoid cables to trip over so I know it is stable

Perhaps lodge a support ticket with Hexcode re the issue over WiFi, they can look at debug files
