My name is Val and I live in the Richelieu area on the South Shore of Montreal. It’s called the South Shore but is actually North East of Montreal. Go figure, but this is Quebec.
In October 2022 I sold my 2014 R nineT privately and purchased a new 2022 R18 in November. Fantastic bike. This was a big change from from my regular bikes and took quite some getting used to. I also upgraded my old Yellow GS-911 to the new WiFI GS-911.

I made some small changes to the R18, disabled the exhaust flapper valve for sightly more sound, added a USB connector on the upper triple clamp, added engine protectors for the cylinders, a small thermometer etc.
If there is any interest, I can always post photos.

I also disabled the signal self cancelling feature on the bike. I’m old school and prefer to control the signal indicators myself.
