update nov 21 now hex not working

Hello

i am new here, i have a gs911 hex with a round plug gs1 002 210 serial

i have had it for a few months, i wanted to use it today but it had needed firmware and wifi updates

i downloaded the tools but somewhere it stopped and now im getting a message the interface returned an error when using the wifi config utility

when i open the hex programme it doesnt see the interface and when i click the test button it says test failed,

im using windows 10

followed the instructions and it is working again, i thought it was bricked,

it does still say i need a wifi update but fails every time i try to update,

Which method of firmware update did you use ?, via browser, via WiFi Utility or via PC App ?

it downloaded the app on my pc then used that to update,
i have emailed support but not got any answer yet i will share it with them

Thanks for reaching out, just to confirm, did you send an email to our support@hexcode.co.za mail? From what I can see, no ticket was logged for your email address.

On the update note however, I just checked your serial and it seems you are now up to date, can you confirm?
