I got a lot of JSON Errors - Can not use GS-911wifi correctly

I bought a GS-911 wifi , but I couldn't use it yet in my BMW F800GS Adv 2018, because I'm receiving error messages !
I connect the scanner to my bike and I run the AutoScan Option sucessfully (see attachments).
But any other function doesn't works properly.
I got some JSON parse errors !
Can anybody help me ?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Very few functions use the JSON display formatting so unless your frontend or web browser got out of sync (fixed by a refresh) this would be very strange.
We normally see this error with the Autoscan itself.

Your screenshot doesn't show what function you loaded when you got the error?
Can you reproduce the error reliably?
