Software crash after autoscan
« on: June 10, 2020, 08:53:04 AM »
I've recently acquired a yellow GS-911 (USB) but cannot get it to complete an autoscan on my R1200RT.   Everything goes to plan until the autoscan completion bar runs to the end then the software crashes.  This has occurred on 2 computers running Windows 10.  On the first computer, an old Dell Latitude laptop, the software just crashes without warning on the newer computer, I get an error message at the same point "GS-911.exe has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Any ideas out there?

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob,

My suggestion would be to open a ticket with support. They'll sort you out.

I had a quick look and could not find your ticket. Could you submit another?
Sorry about that.
