Change l/100km to km/l

Hi, I have a R1200GS 2016 with my GS-911 and I have been trying to change the gas consumption units from l/100 km to km/l without success. Does anyone know how to do it? or I have to go with a BMW dealer to change it.

Hi,

The service functions for the cluster are currently in beta testing phase. What this means is if you accept the potential risks of the coding I can mark your GS-911 as beta which will grant you access to these functions. Note the two points are very important to minimize the risk of ending up with a cluster without coding.

• You need to have excellent WiFi signal where you perform the coding. The GS-911wifi creates a backup of your bikes current coding and then requests the new coding from our cloud server. If you do not have very good WiFi signal these processes might be interrupted.
  
• The battery voltage of your bike needs to be higher than 12.5V throughout the procedure, so the best is to keep the bike on a charger.
