Language proble during setup of GS-911Downloader-1805.1

Hello,

I'm French and I try to install GS-911Downloader-1805.1 on my new windows 10 computer but when I launch the setup their is a problème of language with the driver and device installation wizard (not supported) (see the screenshot.
