How do I link/post pictures on this forum?

Like most forums, you upload the photo to the web.. this can be anywhere, as long as you can access the photo with a URL... typical places are :

* Your own site
* flickr
* photobucket
* picasaweb
* your dropbox public folder
* etc.....then click the monalisa icon and insert the URL that links to your photo...
