« on: December 18, 2017, 06:02:36 AM »
Hi guys, Just got the gs911 wifi today and im trying to connect it to my BMW C600 2013 and the gs911 isn't seeing it.

Here are some screenshots, I really don't understand what is happening.

Ive updated the gs911wifi, Ive turned it on and off 100 times and also the bike.

From your screenshots it would appear that, although the ignition is indicated as being "ON", you have no voltage reading on the battery.

Battery symbol alongside the ignition position symbol indicates "0.0V".  Even with the ignition in the "OFF" position, voltage should still be present as in the screenshot below.

This could be due to a number of reasons.

Kill switch in the OFF position
Make sure it is in Neutral
Bike on the side stand (some bikes will not operate while the side stand is out.  Put the bike on the centerstand)
Faulty wiring or a faulty diagnostic connector.
