2016 R1200 GSA Adaptation values

Hi All its the first time that I've connected to my GS911 to the LC and I see in the adaptation values there is "Reset Fuel Mix/Idle Control" and "Reset Throttle Valve". Question what is the Mix/Idle Control and can I reset it and is the Throttle Valve the same as the idle actuators on the pre LC models?

I've examined these a couple of times, but have always been hesitant to reset the adaptation values as I'm not certain what it does.
