Cannot Download Latest Updates

I am unable to download the latest GS-911 updates.

More information on the error you are getting and how you were trying to download the update would be needed to be able to assist

The web page states upgrades available but, where do click to download ??

You still have not provided any info on how you are attempting to download updates, I assume you are using WIndows and the GS911 down loader and have the GS911 plugged into the USB port ?. Provide more info if you wish anyone to assist you

That is correct but there is not "Click Here" link or button to start the download.

The down loader has a button to then bring up the browser with the credentials to download the update, if it does not do so then it sounds like you have a Windows configuration problem, which version of Windows and browser are you using ?. Manually start the browser prior to using the down loader and see what happens
