Problems with at Special functions for GS-911

Hello everyone here is my problem,

Unable to enter special functions with an Android or Windows 10 application in my PC with the GS-911 ...
How do you do that?
Is there another download to do?
Could you explain to me because I am lost: - \?

Ps -> PS I followed the installation manual ...

OK, understood, the basics will be that you dont have the GS911-WiFi configured to access the internet via either your home WiFi network or via your mobile phone hot spot so the next question is which method of network configuration are you you attempting to use ?

I use my laptop, In the program gs911 utility wifi v1702.1. I disconnect my local wifi network and I connect to the gs911 network, the computer is the internet connection stopped. I think there is an internet problem because it does not detect my IP address. :'( :'( :'(

There is the problem, you need to configure the GS911 to connect to your local WiFi network, that then means the Laptop and GS911 are on the network to access the internet. Connect to the GS911 as you have before and go to WiFi setup and configure it

You will need to look at your WiFi configuration on your model/router, when you tell the GS911 to discover networks do you see your SSID ?

If you are using a laptop, why not connect direct to the bike via the USB cable option?
