Another nubie question, if you don't mind.  I recently successfully downloaded GS-911 1303.3 to diagnose my 2011 R1200 RT.  Now my buddy, who owns a 2004 R1150 RT, is all excited for me to diagnose his bike, but 1303.3 program only works on R1200 RT 2005+.  The Hexcode website's Function Chart shows the GS-911/USB will work on the 2004, but doesn't say which program.  Thanks much!

With the GS911 Downloader running (with your GS911 unit connected to the PC)
At the download options page you will see : "GS-911 V1303.3" as a download option.
That is the last "stable" download- and has your friends bike, type and year, in the normal dropdown box.

I am a bit surprised his 2004 R1150 RT is not on the "Beta" but I can not check unless I also connect a bike.

Keep the latest Beta and download the stable version software too.
A Beta IS "Beta" - (not fully developed)  :)

You are talking about 2 different bikes...
the 1200RT was only released in 2005...

you should be looking for the 1150RT  entry.. and there are 2 of them...

R1150RT 2 spark (2003-2008)
R1150RT (2001-2003)

...have a look in the menu...  :D

Thanks, guys, for the help in finding the 2004 RT.  I went looking in the opening menu...and found the 2004, 2 spark.  Stephan T, you were right.  I'm ready to rock and roll....err...diagnose and roll.  Thanks again!
