GS-911 WIFI Hung Up!! Please help!

I have a brand new GS-911 WIFI serial #GS1-000-087. I connected it to my Windows machine (running Windows 7). I had downloaded the latest utility from the Hexcode site. I believe it is 1408.1. The software told me that a firmware update was needed which I ran. It started fine then just dumped out and said that the firmware update failed. Now when I plug my GS-911 into the USB port, the power status LED rapidly flashes red and yellow and I can't get the unit to mount in either the Windows or Mac environments.

Sooooo...what should I do?
