Newbie with gs-911

Hi guys, i have used my device once before and it worked fine, today my laptop tells me no device connected to usb, tried on my PC and i only get the audible sound of a device being connected ?
Both computers running Win 7
GS 9-11 has green light on it

Hello,
i have the same problem with my GS-911.  :-[  Do you get any replay or any fix ?
I check the bluetooth-Connecten an funtcions - it was OK.
There must be any problem whit the USB-Connector or interface.
