PC with Windows 10 will not recognise GS 911

I own an original GS 911 Serial No GS40107211. It has been most useful and has always worked when I had Windows 8 as well as on an ancient mobile phone via bluetooth. As the title indicates I now have windows 10 and I am told USB device is not recognised. I have tried turning off the "powersave" option in Device Manager. I am running version 1411.2 on my laptop. Thank you in anticipation.

You should update to the latest version of GS911 PC App, it is 1606.1 as per the News item on rop right of the forum page
