New user - In vietnam and need help removing Rev Limiter using my GS911

Hello,

I live in Vietnam and there is no BMW Dealer...I need to remove the Rev Limiter for my 2015 S1000RR...but my GS-911 with the latest update (version 16xx) did not Show the Remove Rev Limiter Option....

I read a few post about this and seem like I need to down load a Ticket # to fix this problem or something...

Can any one help? Pleaase...my Bike is over 2000km already and it is stop at 9000 rpm.
